Green Life Lawn & Tree Service LLC ("we", "us") provides lawn, tree and outdoor services in and around Wilmington, DE. This policy explains what personal information our website and app collect, why, and your choices.

Account details: name, email, phone number and password (passwords are stored hashed; we never see them).

Property and service details: service addresses, map location, gate or pet notes, quotes, jobs, invoices and messages with our team.

Photos: before/after and quote photos taken by our crews, stored in private storage and shown only through time-limited links.

Voice notes: if you or our staff use the microphone button, the audio is sent for transcription/translation and only the text is kept.

Staff data (employees only): timesheets, pay rates and job activity.

Technical data: basic device, browser and log information needed to run and secure the service. With your consent only, analytics data about pages viewed.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth or full card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment processor.

To provide and schedule services, prepare quotes and invoices, send service reminders, answer messages, run payroll for staff, keep the app secure, and meet legal and tax obligations.

With your separate consent: to send marketing emails or texts, and to measure site usage with analytics.

Service providers that run the app for us: cloud hosting and database, payment processing, Google Maps (address lookup and routing), AI services for transcription and photo quality checks, and Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.

Our crews and technicians see the details needed to do your job.

Authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Account and service records: while your account is active and up to 7 years afterward for tax and accounting.

Photos: up to 24 months after the related job or quote. Quote requests from people who never become customers: 24 months.

Consent records for texts and email: at least 4 years. Server and error logs: up to 90 days. Analytics: 14 months.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider, access is limited by role, photos are kept in private storage, and admin actions are checked on the server. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing support@greenlifelawnandtreeservicellc.com or calling (302) 440-9178. We respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be kept for legal reasons.

You can change cookie choices anytime with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and marketing cookies. We do not track you across other websites, so we treat Do Not Track signals the same way.

If you opt in, we text appointment reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting in is never required to buy a service.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

We send account and service emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link honored within 10 business days.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes in-app or by email.
