Customer App EULA

Green Life Lawn & Tree Service LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Green Life customer application solely to manage your properties, schedule services, view invoices, and communicate with our team.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app; (b) reverse engineer or decompile it; (c) rent, lease, sublicense, or resell access; (d) use the app to build a competing product; or (e) use automated scraping or bots against the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Property addresses, contact details, photos, and service history you provide remain yours. You grant us a license to use that data to deliver and improve the service, including AI-assisted photo quality audits and route optimization.

We do not sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) explains how data is handled.

The app may update automatically. New versions may add, change, or remove features. Material breaking changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.

The app may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, mapping, weather, accounting). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those features.

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms or close your account. On termination you must stop using the app; we may retain records required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
